Is there anyway to do an automated speaker page (or send something to a PC to cause it to happen) if a call is holding for a department (such as "Call Holding for Sales" or "Support")? We currently do this with a PC-based system we are running, but would like to do the same on the Legend System we just acquired. We have Merlin Messaging 2.5.
