Hi,

We've got a TDE200 and a TVM200.

I'm been experimenting with the "two way record" from a single button push - works well.

We've looked at automated call recording software for certain lines in our company - it is expensive.

Is there a way to automate the two way call recording so it records all calls? Just for one line?, (like the credit manager).

Maybe there's a low tech way, like 'tapping' one line and recording it?

We don't really want to do this - but we've seen an increase in customers saying they have not agreed to work, when they did in a phone call.

And we shall need a disclaimer saying this call maybe recorded.

You can do it with the ca pro software. It will record calls to the vm

Thank you!

I've just been reading and that feature is not mentioned - but the software is a free trial so I've got nothing to lose.

Do you have a model of USB or wireless headset you would recommend? I've used Plantronics and Jabra headsets with Microsoft's OCS with good results.
