What is the use of asking "Do you wish to proceed" if you are not interested in having the user click on "Yes" ?

What if the user is not yet ready to run the macro, but has clicked on the button by mistake ?

Pascal.

Hi Pascal

the button would only be sent to people we need to update their folders.

it would only take a couple of minutes
and would prefer them to have less buttons to press
, to make it easier.

Fine, but what if they press it twice or by mistake before they are ready ?

And if it is not something you do regularly, it is just not really enough to bother with.

In any case, there is the sendkeys function you can call in script. You'll probably have to design two agents, one for what you want to do, and one for the sendkey, and call both from the button in the right order.

Having tried sendkeys a while ago, I cannot vouch that it will work 100%.

Pascal.
