AutoLogin Question

Is there a way to setup and fucntion key when pressed that will bring up the Logoff screen?? We currently disable that fucntion within group policies but need to come up with away to allow a administrator account to login. right now we currently setup an autologin for a user equal to administrator. but we pretty much lock down the workstation. is there anyway to bring that screen back up when pressing a function key.

oh yea i think there is a option in the control panel and keyboard just try checking out coz i have no time to check it
