Autoloader not finding tapes

We have an ibm autoloader arcserve can only see bay1 of autoloader we need to backup to two tapes.
I have tried reformatting as group 0 for eg.
Any ideas

Is your library/tape drives installed properly? If not, rerun device configuration. If that is not the issue, check on updated windows drivers for your dlt library
