Autocreated printer appears as %computername%

Hi,

I have a user who connects to metaframe 1.8
server using citrix client running on wk2 professionl.

User autocreated printer appears as %computername%.
The strange thing is that sometimes even with the above host name, local client printing works intermittently..

Any suggestion would be welcomed.

Your client is configured to use %computername%. This can be changed by launching Program Neighborhood, Clicking Tools - ICA Settings. Enter your PC's name in the Client Name field. Your install may be attempting to dynamically assign this, but apparently is not suceeding. This may be because it is Win 95 or 98 and the Computername environment value is not set in 95/98. hope this helps
