Autocomplete and multiple addresses

When addressing a message all our users can type MI, and get a pop-up with all of the MI groups in the corparate address book. I have one user however who i recently reinstalled Notes for who doesn't get this option. When she types MI, it automatically gives her the first MI group in the corparate address book. Is there a setting that governs this behaviour?

Have you tried editing the location document:-
Mail Tab >> Recipient Name Lookup = Exhaustively check all address books?

That's it.

After thinking about it location is the logical place to put the option, looked everywhere else but there though.
