autocad 14

A friend of mine is still using autocad 14 and is having problems when plotting. He clicks on the plot command and immediately the drawing closes. I have reloaded the plotting driver twice and i know it cannot be that. He is using either windows98 or xp im not sure. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Are you creating a new printer or just using a system printer? Most times, it is better to create a new printer and let AutoCAD control the printing.
