I have got the voice mail tree working
fine however is there a way to prompt the user
after my recording to leave a message then hang up
or push some key for more options? As it works right now
I have a home menu, paths off the home menu that I have
recorded. I thought the internal AA (notel nancy) prompts
the caller to "At the tone leave your message, when you
are done hang up or push 0 (or?) for more options"
Currently now after my recording the tone comes on
and that's it. I hope I am being clear on what I am asking.

Not if you have a greeting in there - if its just recorded name the system prompt plays

You can silence the canned AA and in your tree put 1 option to say for more options press X fron there you can build more option
