Autoattendant - transfer to mobile

I'm setting up an autoattendant in an Intuity, one of the options is to transfer out to a mobile number.

When I select the transfer option I get "denial event 1761: Transfer COR restrict"

I've checked the COR & COS settings and can't see anything that would deny the transfer

Set up a dummy station and create a new coverage path with remote call coverage.
"ch cov remote"
Put the cell number in one of the table entries (rxx).
Create a new cov path and put rxx as the first point of coverage.
This will bypass any COR and trunk-to-trunk system parameter restrictions.

I was using remote cover paths, the problem was the COR of the audix hunt group which was restricted from dialling out
