Hello ...

I've IPO Rls.9 with AutoAttendant, All the transfeered keys Action on the AA is HG, the problem is when I call the company phone numbers either from landline or from mobile, hearing the greeting msg, then Press any option, its transfered me to a destenation, if I disconnected the call from my mobile, the phone is still ring and not disconnect, if I pikup the phone just hearing " beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep"
is there a way to set a timer that the phone will disconnect automatically when this case is occurs ??

Thanks.

Ok, I’m going to assume that this system is using analog trunks. Is that correct? If so, then it sounds like the IP Office is not recognizing the “Disconnect clear” signal from the carrier. In the Analog trunk settings of the IP Office there is a section for configuring the disconnect clear. Make sure the disconnect clear is set to be 150ms less than what the carrier is using. You may need to ask the carrier what their disconnect clear settings are. Take a look on that feature !

I use an analogue extension in to my demo kit for a trunk. If I don't press # after a call going to voicemail I need to unplug the patch lead from the ATM port after each call. You could try that.

Or line> impedance match> automatic

Now computer savvy.

Hello ...

I check with the provider, the disconnect clear is 40s, whats the best value in ms can I set on IPO.
The automatic box is checked, but nothing changes.

If you follow Telpozo's advise "150ms less than what the carrier is using", that would be -110ms...[ponder] [shocked]

Jordanian analogs are horrible. Rip out the ancient tech lines, install SIP trunk.

Kind regards

Gunnar

Take Care

Matt
I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

I took that as a typo:)

Kind regards

Gunnar
