Auto Text feature not available

I have a user who uses the "auto text" feature frequently in Outlook 2000 when replying to an e-mail. She is getting an error: "Word is not available on that form. Would you like to Outlook as you editor. I go into the options of outlook and select "Use Microsoft Word to Edit messages"
Try it again, get the same message but the check box under options has been cleared and when I click on "insert" on the toolbar, the only option available is "object".
Any ideas on this woould be greatly appreciated...Thanks, Hebbs

I fugured it out. I ran the "cleanviews" utility and it seemed to correct it.....Hebbs
