Hey there. Can someone please give me direction on how I set up, in Lotus 6.5.3, the automatic sending of e-mails when a new user mailbox is created?? I would like to automatically send the new users e-mails that contain IT policies, request forms, guidelines, etc. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Auto send e-mail when new mailboxes are set up

I don't think it is possible to "automatically" have an email sent when a new mailbox is created if you don't have that option available in the Admin client.
It is of course possible to create a database where you can record your IT policies, request foms and other administrative paraphernelia and send links to the documents, but building automation into that will require a fair amount of programming.
