Auto Resize of a Box with increasing Text Size

Hi,

I have a flowchart with several Boxes containig written Informations. If I want to resize the letters from e.g. 12 to 20 pts they are resized, but the boxes do not. so the text is much bigger then the box.

Now I want to have th boxes increased either in height or breadthwise. Is there a possibility to realize this in visio?

One way to change the size of an object is via the Size and Position window. This is displayed via the View drop-down menu. After the Size and Position window is visible, click on the box whose size you wish to change.

The dimensions of the selected object will be specified in the Size and Position window. These values can be editted to change the size and orientation of a box or other object.

Occassionally, an object will be protected in some way from having its size changed. Use the Format menu to display the Protection properties of the object, and click to uncheck Width, Height, and Aspect ratio.

If the object size still cannot be modified, right click on it and then select Properties from the menu. This will display dimensions and other properties of the object that can only be changed via that screen.

Highlight the object (in this case, the text box) go to shapesheet, select Character section, enter a formula in the size box to replace the text size (ie., Height/1 or Height/2, or Height/3, and so on), be sure to hit enter. This will allow you to resize the text box to the desired size and the text will follow. You may also want to adjust the Text Block Format section from the default of 4 pt. to 0 pt. for when you go real small on the text box. Hope this helps

In ShapeSheet:
Create custom properties section, create 2 row in it and set:
1st row
Label: ="Width"
Value: ="5" (for example)
2nd row
Label: ="Height"
Value: ="4" (for example)

Shape transform section:
Width: =GUARD(Char.Size*Prop.Row_1)
Height: =GUARD(Char.Size*Prop.Row_2)
Change Value in Custom properties window and change font size you want.
