Auto Report by Threshold

Can a report be sent automatically according to a specific condition or threshold. For example: If there are less than 100 orders for the month do not autosend report. If there are greater than 100 orders for month the report should be autosent.

Hi,

You can use datadriven subscriptions. When there are less then 100 orders, you just don't fill the subscription table.

Hi,

Here is a sample of datadriven subscriptions:

The datadriven subscription uses a query to retrieve the parameters it needs to sent the reports. You could do something like this:

SELECT ... (reportparameters) FROM ...
WHERE 100 < (SELECT COUNT(*) FROM Orders)
