I had to set up a mailbox in which 8 different users were granted access to. Now, they are asking that an auto-reply be sent up on that mailbox. Can that be done on the server level ? I'm going to be adding this mailbox to the 8 users respective Outlook profiles (they'll just be reading the incoming mail). If the auto reply needs to be done on the client level, which client ???

You'll have to set up the mailbox you want as a separate account - it's this account that needs the auto reply. The easiest way to do this is to log on to this account and use the rules wizard (in tools) to have the server automatically generate a reply message to incoming mail as you desire. Get the server to do it so you don't need to keep this client open.

Hope that helps :)
