We have a number of mailboxes set up with a rule to reply with a specific message from the server.
Since migrating to 2003 external clients no longer get the auto reply. If you send from a local mailbox, you get the reply no problem. We have deleted and recreated the rules and even created new mailboxes to test, but still the same thing.
The rule looks like this. Check messages when they arrive - Have the server reply using (template)
I'm sure this must be a setting on the smtp server somewhere but I can't seem to find it. Any help will be appreciated
