Auto Refresh forms?

All,
I have a linked form. When I add values to the linked form and go back to my main form I have to either:
1. Go forth and back one record.
2. Press Refresh

to see the entered values.

Can I set it the forms to refresh automatically or do I have to make a loop.

In the AfterUpdate event procedure of your linked form, call the Refresh method of your main form.

If Refresh doesn't get you what you need, try Requery.
