Auto pickup ringing / next available line

Hello All,

A couple of Qs.

1. Is there a way to have a set automatically select a ringing line when the receiver is picked up?

2. Is there a way to have a set automatically select the next available line when the receiver is picked up?

If your phone rings you will pick up the the longest ringing line. if on a call and want to answer next longest ring line do F801 (call queing)

Answer to #2)

terminals and sets -> show
Show set -> 221 (i.e.)
show
show
next
next
Prime Line : I/C -> hit change until it shows Pool A
This will give you the last CO of pool A when you lift the handset, and will drop down to the first as they are occupied.
