Is it possible to program phones in a pickup group to automatically answer the call when you lift the receiver? rather than hitting the pickup button?

I programed a "pick up" button. I just realized the complexity of what I was asking, as it basically eliminates your individual extension making it public extension.

If my phone automatically answered every call in my pick up group. How would someone call only my phone? But it is all good, customer is happy.
