Auto Number Assistance 5

Hi, I am trying to start a field at a specific number and have that field increment each time a new record is entered. I was hoping I could do this through the use of an autonumber, but I don't know how to get it to start at a specific number.

I would really appreciate some help on this.

Did a very quick test in 2000, and it seems the currentview property of the access object is not available.

I'm using something very similar to what's in the faq I mentioned in previous post. That works in both versions. So the suggestion is to replace your current funtion with that.
