Hi, we are having an issue with auto night ringing. I have set up the system to forward all calls to the auto attendant between 11 pm and 7 am as well as a manual button when we are away from the phone.
However, now the system is not activating the service automatically. I have checked the following to try and resolve the issue:
- system time and date is correct
- callpilot is operating
- service is programmed to answer all lines
- service is programmed to forward to callpilot
I am still able to activate the service manually without issue. I am just wondering if I might have missed a setting that might be causing this issue. Thanks in advance for your help!
