Hi All,

We have a CS1000E and softphones installed (with CCMS, CCMA, CCT and an IVR MPS500). Is there a way to have an agent auto-login and agent auto-logoff configured?

The IVR lines are defined as agents as well and I hope the aut-login (and auto logoff if needed) can apply for these lines as well.

Thanx in advance

This is a guess, I have never tried it so can't be certain it will work.

Try setting your ALOG on the ACD queue to yes and the HOML to yes. The ALOG is the auto-login feature. HOML will log off an agent if they place their handset back in the cradle. Not sure what will happen on an ACD style phone.

I think I can safely say that there is no such thing as auto log in/out. It's a question that arrises here frequently.

You can do this with a 3rd party CTI application. We are using Genesys to automatically log an IVR port back in if it logs out. Symposium does not have this ability.

Of course if enough of us Nortel customers request this feature from Nortel they will develop it. There certainly seems to be a demand.

Agreed if you map the CC6 users to the windows users in CCT auto log should be possible. We are currently doing this with CCMS,CCT,MPS etc

But the MICB uses auto login?

Is that not the same thing?
