Auto Hold?? & Delayed Call Handling??

i have installed a merlin system r7 V14.2.My ladies i have set as operators are wanting a button they can push on there phones to where if all 3 are on the line with customers they can have the other 2 lines put on auto hold.Untill they are done with there calls.


Also how do i set my phone system up to where the phone only rings and the 3 ladies desks and it rings there for a set amount of time before being transferred to the AA.
 
There is no "auto-hold" function that I am aware of. As for coverage for the three operators - you could put a primary cover button for the other two operators on each operator's phone. The primary coverage would have to be exhausted before calls go to the AA in voice mail.

I guess if you wanted something like the auto-hold you are talking about - you would have to use QCC versus DLC operator positions - but I would thoroughly read through the manual on the differences and advantages/disadvantages of each type - they can be a nightmare to program and use with voicemail.

What voice mail do you have? I am wondering if you could make a que group, and put a log/out button on the girls phones?
