I saw a post for Auto Export with prompt to save and it's great resolution.

How can I do auto export without prompt to save, and pass filename alongwith it.

I'm not 100% sure but you may only be able to do this programmatically (like with VB/C#/ASP in Visual Studio, etc).

Maybe you could create a report subscription and set the Report Delivered To: option to "Windows File Share".. this would effectively be the same as an auto export to a file? To set the file name I think you would need to use "Data Driven Subscriptions" which are only available in the Enterprise Edition.

This is what greenspeed6 has answered in one post and it works well but it asks for filename
"add this to the end of the url link you send them "&rs:Format=PDF"

that will prompt save as pdf, they also do html, excel etc."

Can I add in url filename too.
