I haven't seen any recent posts on Auto Dialers with the IP Office. I have a customer with a very busy inbound call center, they want to add an auto dialer for a new group for outbound calling for collection of overdue monthly bills. I would guess they would be making a couple hundred calls a day outbound. They use SIP trunks. Has anyone had good results with an auto dialer on the IP Office?
