We have an install coming up and the customer would like to utilize an auto callback feature if possible so that callers do not have to remain in queue if they opt not to. We have been told by ATAC IPOCC will do this. All of the post on here make IPOCC look like a really bad option.
It's troubling when there's a consensus that CCR looks attractive compared to IPOCC.

Question #1 Will IPOCC auto dial anyone who choses to retain their position in queue and receive a callback?

Question #2 Is IPOCC any better in late R9 or R9.1 or is it still a big pile of crap?

Thanks for any input.

Asked disti yesterday. Said look at Avaya Contact Centre Solution (ACCS) for this.
No further information. Suggest speaking to Avaya CAM.

That was left handed.

I have asked the above question before and it can do it on ACCS with some bespoke engineering/build (not out of the box feature) costs of wait for it ...... $25,000 [surprise]. I am sure IPOCC doesn't have an option for this though...

Thanks for the replies guys. It looks like using a 3rd party product is the only way to go if you want virtual queuing.
