Hello everyone,

Is there a way to program an IPO to dial the same shortcode every 2 min?

We want to use that feature with voicemail pro to test different call flow

Thanks

Find a useless employee and instruct him or her to dial that number every two minutes.
In other words,no.

You could make a TAPI application to make a deskphone/softphone dial it.

Yes. You would use a third party dialing application like Star Trinity SIP Tester.
Register the application as a third party SIP endpoint and then program it to make calls.

A guy in Avaya wrote a document on it. Attached.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.
