Auto dial Extension On Off Hook

Can anyone help me achieve this task. I have a panasonic TDA100 and want to a situation where an extension on a reception desk can automatically call a designated extension number immediately it goes offhook.

in Maintanance console:

Extensions Settings / Option 2

Pickup Dail Set = On
Pickup Dial No. = Set an number here.

Save and close

pick up the phone

Can I setup a hunt group and set the Pickup Dail No. to the hunt group number?? so I can have multiple phones ring when the phone goes of hook.

so 1 phone offhook (emergency phone or whatever) calls the hunt group

I want to create a hunt group and put 4 extension (101,102,103,104) and assign the hunt group number for the pickup dial no.

I have created the hunt group and added the members. Now my problem is what is the hunt group number.

Hi,
Did you create the group in "Incoming Call Distribution"?
If it was the 1st ICD group in the list then, from memory, it is 601. At default it is anyway. If you dial 601 from an extension it should ring those phones you've listed, to verify it works. Then you can proceed to program it for pick up dial.

if the number is not 601

look at 3.5.1 (Group Settings)
the 1st window = Floating Extension NUmber

fill here your ext for the group. ex 601
