Auto connected and clearing loop countinues on expansion Trunk

Hi All,

I have problem when i try to connect expansion trunk port 13 to telco line.
it's connected and clearing automatically. connected and clearing process was loop countinues no stop.

we have already try to change the other telco line but same problem on port 13.
when we replace with other expansion analog trunk, the problem was gone.

can anyone explain to me about the problem (port 13 or any other case) ?

Any comment will be big appreciate of me.

It's clearly a faulty port on that expansion module. They aren't user serviceable so you'll need to send it for repair and/or replace it
