Auto-Complete in Access 2007?

Is this feature available in Access 2007?

In Excel 2007, if you have Andy, Betty and Charlie in A1, A2 and A3, then as soon as you type "B" in A4 it fills in Betty. It's a cool feature, but I can't find it in Access (I've checked the Access Options, Advanced and otherwise). I also searched Tech-Tips, but didn't see this addressed.
