Auto Call Info Show on All Phones 3X8 DR5

Is there a way that I can get all phones to show who is calling (outside calls), before I pick up the phone. It looks like I can only have one set show this info in the documentation.

Enabling Calling Line Identification :

To enter a programming session, follow the next few simple steps:

1) Press FEATURE * * 2 3 6 4 6
2) Enter Password: 2 3 6 4 6
Display will read: " System Speed Dial"
3) Press: NEXT until the display reads: "Call Services"
4) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Auto Call Info"
5) Press: NEXT
Display will read: "Set Services"
6) Press: SHOW
Display will read: "Show Set: _ _ _"
7) Enter the Extension number in which you wish to add Caller ID <Example: 21>
Display will read: &quot;Autolog/ShowVmsg&quot;
8) Press: NEXT until the display reads: &quot;1st display:Line&quot;
9) Press the CHANGE softkey until the display reads: &quot;1st display:Name&quot;

Repeat steps 6 - 9 for every extension you wish to receive the Caller ID Name information.

I have already tried that. All documentation I have read says only one phone can show the caller information, unless I dial a certain feature while the phone is ringing. After I pick up the line, the identity shows. Do I have to change my line configuration or use pooling?

Sometimes you can trick the 3X8 into doing this with executone's method... sometimes you can't. ??
