Auto Call Back feature on Avaya 4602+ IP phone

Hi,

Need help in here, how to use the auto call back feature access codes on avaya 4602+ Ip phones. My Auto call back feature is working fine when it was assigned on the feature button of the 9620 ip phones.

Since I have a 4602 IP phones, and it has 2 fix call apearances so there is no way for me to assigned a feature button on it, so I'll be using a Feature acccess codes to activate the automatic callback but It didn't work when I've tried pressing the code when the calling party is busy.

Any idea on how this things work will be greatly appreciated.

 
On the ipoffice you need to dial the code after hanging up the phone
I never tried on the CM but i guess it works the same

good news.

when you recive busy tone, pickup the second key and then dial the FAC automatic callback in my case *07
