Hello,

I am setting up Auto Attendant on my Avaya IP Office, i have some recording that were recorded from another system we have does any one know where to put these on the Feature card so IP Office manager can pick them up?

Thanks
Declan

You need to use the LVM greeting utility to convert them to the correct format first :)

Hello,

Thankyou for your help that has worked:)

I have set up the voicemail as we did not have that set up but i cannot get the system to email us, is there something i am doing wrong?

i have set the SMTP server up and ticked the box for voicemail to email.

thanks

is there a way of doing something similar with Voicemail Pro?

It needs to be in the same source format as above, then you can drop them in the WAVS folder in the VM Pro installation folder on the server and then you can choose them in VM Pro actions as you can your own recorded ones :)
