I need some help-- I have a site with an Auto Attendant set up- each time a caller dials into the main number and chooses an option from the attendant- it sends a single ring to the Operators telephone. Any idea how to eliminate the single ring??

Probietech- When the caller "chooses an option from the AA" where is it trying to go? External number, a VM box, another extn, Hunt group, Work group?
