I have a 201i that is used for mailboxes only at the moment, I need to build an application for auto attendant ,we are going to forward the main phone to the sdn I build for this app. My question is do I need to build a new acq queue for this app or can I use the one that my mailboxes use?

You will need to use Application Builder to build your application, then you will need to build a new ACD NCFW it to your CallPilot and create the SDN on the CallPilot. Then assign your application to the SDN.

So I need to go into ld 23 and create a new acd dn with the same number i want to make my sdn? no cdn?

I'm not sure if you cannot use a CDN but if you did it would by using the DFDN to CallPilot. I always use an ACD just always worked for me. But that would be correct the Same number must be built as an ACD, or CDN, to match your SDN.
