I have set up AA on my ICS flash talk. When I choose not to allow the AA to prompt in the table setup I get the correct message however once the first message plays I then get a second message. My question is how can I clear that second message or find it. I have searched through all the greetings and was unable to locate it.

If you select 'No' for AA Menu Prompt (which is really saying no to the canned message), record a second of silence. If memory serves me, if you don't record something (silence or custom) when you choose 'No', it will revert back to the canned. Also, look further into the table to see if a CCR Tree is assigned.
If you are not using CCR, the caller hears the greeting assigned to the table first, then the AA Menu Prompt (whether canned, silence, or a custom one you record). If you are using CCR, the caller hears the greeting first, then whatever is recorded in the Home Menu under CCR (path 0), totally bypassing the AA Menu Prompt. The Home Menu is either a custom message someone recorded or silence under rare circumstances.

Thanks gforce9,
How do I locate that custom recorded message that is being played. I am bypassing the AA menu prompt. I get the correct message that has been assigned in the table but after that message plays a second recorded message plays with a crazy holiday message.

Thanks gforce9 and lugerlover. The recording was in the AA home menu.

Thanks again for Ll your help.
