Auto Attendant / VoiceMail Problem

I have done quite a bit of searching and cannot find a solution to my problem. I have a BCM 400 3.5.

This morning, my Auto Attendant stopped working. Incoming calls are no longer being picked up. It just rings and rings. Also, the voicemail is no longer working. Feature 981 yields "Inactive Feature". I tried rebooting the BCM with no luck. The majority of the front panel LED's are flashing green in unison. I am also unable to login to the Unified Manager via browser. I can dial out on an outside line just fine. Also, internal calls are working as well.

Any ideas and help would be appreciated!
 
Sounds like your call pilot has crashed

I'm not too familiar with the whole system. How would I go about "uncrashing" it? I have tried rebooting the BCM. How would I go about restarting Call Pilot?
 
I believe You may Have an Issue (BFT) Bay Function Tray. You can get a advance replacement form nortel for free. Try looking at the post on the BCM forums for more details.
 
You could try a second or third reboot also. It has worked for me in the past and has run fine since.
 
Thanks for the input! I'm going to check my BFT and see what that turns up. Will also try the reboots!
 
I just wanted to give an update. After the 3rd reboot, everything went back to normal. Thanks again for the help!
