Auto Attendant Transfers

I have a client that wants the Auto Attendant to reach the class rooms, but go directly to VM, but if the office/receptionist needs to cal the class room they want it to ring so the teacher can pick it up.
So is there something similar to the Direct VM transfer feature for AA?

Make the phone status of the mailbox "without a phone", and the call will go to VM without ringing the phone. However, no message light.

Make the room phones in the 200's. Make calling groups on the 100's, and make the phones the MW receiver for the group. Disable selector code 2, or keep transfer restrictions in place, so callers can't dial them directly. (Room 1 is Ext. 201, but the AA says to dial 101. 101 is a calling group which has no members and overs to voicemail. 201 lights up when there is a message, the teacher checks mailbox 101. )
