In the PARTNER manual it says that the auto attendant answers calls and directs them to a specified extension, Calling Group, or Hunt Group. However, I cannot find anywhere that explains how to set-up an auto attendant choice to direct a call to a calling group or hunt group. If it is in fact possible, please help to explain the procedure.

Thanks,

Depending on what voicemail system you have. The VS gives you sub menus and more autoattendant. If you have a pc card go into the voicemail administrators mailbox selector code. Assign the selector code number to match the option you want. ie selector code 3-change from direct extension transfer to 71 which is calling group 1. For hunt group it would be 771 for hunt group 1. Hope this works.

I just bought a used Part Mail VS R4.0. The previous owner changed the system manager's password. Does anyone know to set it back to the default factory password? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You, An

I don't know about Partner mail VS 4.0, but you can use the backdoor with Partner mail VS 3.0. On the intercom line, dial 777; Enter 99# for the extension; Enter #2537 for the password; Press 5 to change to the password that you like.
