I upgraded a bcm50 from 3 to 6. The auto attendant is a simple application for this user. They have a ccr tree turned on and option 2 transfers to a hunt group of analog extensions with the sequential option turned on. I have tried broadcast as well. The analog extension have 1 intercom. I have also tried have option 2 transfer to the first analog extension and busy/na to the other extensions. They same happens. It doesn't happen all the time but it sometime causes the loop where people can get anywhere. They keep press 2 or even 0 and they they get this message. It will then kick them back to the CCR tree for them to try again. I was using the auto attendant greeting but then I put the greeting on the CCR tree home menu. I have tried sending it to an analog extension and have it forwarded to the hunt group and it still says that it is an invalid extension. It doesn't happen all the time though. I have a AT&T ipflex circuit coming in and they break off the 8 channels of pri on a pri modules for me to use on my bcm50. It was working fine before the upgrade. Could the this ipflex still be causing the issue with the phone system not detecting the correct digits. I am changing the ipflex to a Suddenlink pri next month. I have changed it so that the calls go directly to the people that answer the call until I find a solution or change out to Suddenlink's pri.

What does the BCM line monitor show. Digits? How about provisioning the channels. Could this of changed.

The monitor show the correct DNIS and the number of provisioned lines are correct

Can the monitor show digits pressed?

Check the transfer call back timer.
Change it or turn it off.

Check you have an attendant extn allocated
Check if you have enabled attendant extn f982 and have not actually allocated one.

It's possible the transfer call timer is returning the call to the aa with not attendant available.

The resolution to this problem was that AT&T ipflex managed router had a gain control on the dtmf going to the pri and was oveergaining the dtmf signal when someone pressed keys for the option on the ccr tree.
