Auto attendant problems

Anyone ever had this problem. I have an auto attendant that is setup as follows.

After hearing menu, option 3 transfers to group 630, if no one is logged in, the overflow is group 776 (which is the operator). This used to work, now if you press option 3, you just sit there in limbo. I tried just dialing 630 and I still end up in limbo. I looked at the error log and there is something to the effect of No sanity in response, not sure if that has something to do with it or not. I've even tried rebooting and get the same results....HELP!!!!!
 
When I dial 776, I reach the operator (ext 621) like I am supposed to. Not sure why this is happening. Any suggestions.
 
I would print CALLING GROUP 630 and make sure it is still set up right.

You can also post it for use to check as well.
