Auto Attendant Option Missing in IP Office Manager

IP 406 DS

I am new to this company's system and do not understand something: There is no Auto Attendant "option", which is typically shown between User Rights and ARS.

I have not seen this before. Help please.

If the VM Type listed in System -> Voicemail is set to anything other than Embedded, the AA options will not appear on the left pane.

Indeed, they will be running VM Pro or VM Lite (shudder).... or maybe nothing

Thank you for the fast response. The setting is: Voicemail Lite/Pro.

Does this mean that Auto Attendant is not available in this system?

If you have an auto attendant already then it's VM Pro and it resides on a PC/server. That address should be listed underneath the setting you just checked, if it's 255.255.255.255 then you have some searching to do/questions to ask
