When you press 0 or stay on the line on our AA, it will ring at one of our receptionist, and if she doesn't answer, it will ring at our other receptionist's line, and if she doesn't answer, it will ring back at the first receptionist and then go to her voicemail.
I need to change the extension of the 2nd receptionist's line. The ATDN# that is loaded in Feature 982 or 983's AA\TABLE is an extension #2518 that shows MAIN when I dial it, but I cannot find it in **266344 Terminals and Sets. I'm not sure how to find the Line number for it, or make any changes at all to this extension. When you just dual 2518 it is the same as dialing 0 at the AA, except if no one answers, it makes you search through our directory instead of going to VM.
Basically I am supporting the phone system with not much documentation from the previous employee in my position. I don't have CallPilot, supposedly it will not work with our system. We use t7316e's. Anyone have any idea's how to change the number? Thanks!
