I'm having an issue where the CP Auto Attendant only goes through the CCR if i set it to 0 rings. Any more than that and the caller is redirected to someones mailbox. I tried diabliing all operator attendant options, but it still doesn't go through the CCR.

I don't know if "Business Open" is the same as a night mode, but that didn't change squat either.
I have a pretty basic setup, table 1 and one CCR tree all times of day.

Any and all help appreciated!

The line that you want to go to AA must be ringng on someones phone. look at the programing of whos phone has the voice mail picking up.
If you need the lines to ring on phones and go to AA after x amount of rings. be sure FNA on the pones is higher than AA.

Thanks! That makes total sense.
Trying to find info on how to change CFNA on that extension... no freaking luck. Not often i need my hand held, but if you can elaborate, i would be truely greatful.

Terminals and Sets> forward no answer> make sure this is set to be a higher number of rings then your AA. If your not familiar with programming these systems then call a local vendor to help you.

Thanks again!
That was the issue, FNA was all over the map.... all good now!

I wish local vendors would help, most are outright refusing support on Nortel systems and push to buy something they are affiliated with. Thank god there is a community of support left!

Cheers,
Jeremy
