Having an issue with an auto attendant set up on a KX-TA824 and a TVA50.
The way it's set up right now is a call comes in on one of 3 lines. All lines are set as NORMAL and ring on all phones for a couple of rings and then go to the TVA50 where it answers with blah, blah Press 1 for the office or 2 for the warehouse. If the caller presses 1 it rings ext 101. If they press 2 it rings 105. If they press one and get no answer it comes back to the original Press 1 for the office or 2 for the warehouse greeting instead of going to 101 mailbox. If they press 2 and it rings 105 and get no answer it goes to 105 mailbox like we want. If you call 101 directly from another extension on a no answer it goes to 101 personal mailbox. I've looked at extension and mailbox 101 and 105 in both the TA824 and the TVA50 and see very little difference. 101 was set as operator in the TA824 so I changed the operator to 102 but didn't make any difference so I changed it back. I tried making the lines DIL to 107 (VM) instead of ringing the extensions first but the call still behaved the same way. Help me Tek-Tips, you're my only hope.
