Auto Attendant - Not playing recorded message

I have a IP Office SOE using the embedded voicemail and for some reason I have recorded the messages and prompts using the short codes. when dialing into the system it registeres the prompts, but never plays the recordings. Any ideas what could be the issues??

I assume you did that with a good reason?
After recording the messages did you confirm to save the message?
You can see with the monitor tool the mailboxnumber you are recording messages to, maybe you are adding recordings to a wrong mailbox/AutoAttendant
 
It routes properly to the Auto Attendant, I can hit the prompts and it it routes properly between them.

My first auto attendant has no time profile. the short code listed is *8101 .

I dial *8101 hit 2 record the message hit 3 to save it.

Dialin - no playback but prompts work.

I hope this is a lttle better explanation.
 
The *8101, *8201*8301 bits are for your Day/Night/Weekend intro, e.g. Good morning, evening etc.

The menu is *8401

To use your existing recording create a time profile 24x7 and select this in the *8101 box.
 
OK now I have it playing the attendant, but it is no longer taking the inputs for the selections.

Record *8401 and you're laughing! You don't need to record the *81/2/3 if you don't need them.

 
Worked like a charm.. Thanks. I did have to reflash the unit. I believe it was corrupted.
