Auto Attendant- No ringing tone for caller

I have configured an auto attendant with option Press 9 to transfer to operator extn and dial by number to extensions on 1,2 and 3.

When i enter the ext number the call is going to that extension and when i press 9 call is going to operator extn the phones are
ringing , my problem is the caller is not hearing the rings on both cases. There is no ringing tone for the caller.
How can i solve this?

Assisted transfer or Blind transfer from the Auto attendant?

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I am using embedded auto attendant

9 Normal Transfer EXT 150

Normal Transfer is assisted Transfer.
Transfer is Blind Transfer.

I suggest you change the options to TRANSFER this way you get ringing rather than the Hold Beebs.

I tried that one as well, extensions are ringing but there is no ringing for the caller, very strange !!

have you tried a simple reboot of the ip office?
