I have a Partner ACS R. 1.0 and V/m R. 5.0. I don't care for day/night menu just need to setup day menu at this time. I need the AA to pickup the call after 4 rings and for the caller to push a selector code to go to a certain ext. (sales, accounting, etc...). I did all this but the problem is, when that extension does not pickup, nothing happens, the caller is placed on hold forever. I need the voicemail for that ext. to pickup if not answered. Can someone tell me what am I missing?
