I would like to support myself with you since I have a problem with an automatic operator, since this is not heard when dialing from the PSTN, you only hear a vacuum and then transfer to a previously configured extension.

The problem is that I already check the configuration and the announcement of the operator is still not heard. This happens to me with version 11.0. compilation 849. Help please! Thank you!

Better to post in the IP Office group. Can you test it with a short code instead of the PSTN?
